Return Policy

 You may return some new, non-custom, unused and unopened items within fifteen (15) days from receipt. We do not accept exchanges; thus you must return any unwanted items that qualify under these Terms. Items available for return are marked in their product descriptions and may only be returned for store credit. All returns shall be processed and shipped (if applicable), within three (3) weeks of receipt. In such cases you will need to request the return label within 15 days from receipt highlighting the reason and return the items within 3 days after receipt of the return label. Please email info@Nelis Boutique.com to initiate the return process.

 To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2875 W. Ray Road, Suite 6 #146, Chandler AZ 85224, United States. Please note, all returns must be included in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt.

 We do not provide pre-paid return labels. You are solely responsible for covering shipping costs to return a product. In the event the incorrect product was sent to you, we will cover the cost of shipping. Please use a trackable method for return shipping as we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse.

 We cannot approve any returns received over fifteen (15) days from receipt of the return label. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, and any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, an electronic promotional code for your store credit will be emailed within two (2) weeks.

 All Earrings, Custom, Sale & Promotional items are final and are not eligible for Returns, and/or Warranties.

If you wish to cancel your order or to make any changes to your order you will have 48 hours to do so. Please email us at info@Nelis Boutique.com within 48 hours after placing the order. We cannot accept any changes or cancellations after this time. However, if the order has already been processed, we will not be able to make any modifications to the order and the normal return policy applies.

 Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
